The University of Arizona and the health system formed a strategic partnership to deliver health services in the major metropolitan areas of Phoenix and Tucson. Wanting to create better outcomes from research initiatives with limited access to data, the partnership sought robust data-gathering for better decision-making.
Our client needed a solution that could address:
Reduced Time in Data Gathering
Self-service Research Tools
Secure Data Environment
After a comprehensive analysis of the organization’s research tools, Clearsense worked to prioritize and implement Discover, a self-service cohort builder and analytics tool. Focusing on elevating data as a key decision-maker in research and funding, we also successfully launched MyResearch Portal. This enabled the health system with a self-service option across the organization that reduced time in gathering and understanding data. With the new application in place, users had better support for trial feasibility and data exploration necessary for research and grant opportunities, reducing workload and increasing efficiency. The additional tools ensured a secure environment and quicker hypothesis in testing and alignment.
