International Women's Day 2023 Clearsense

This International Women’s Day, we have two goals. Firstly, we want to genuinely express our gratitude to the women in our organization who make our voice, dashboard, and applications even better. Secondly, we want to honor the women around the world who struggle with inclusion. At Clearsense, we believe wholeheartedly in elevating women in the workplace, as well as celebrating important leaders—it’s in the very actions we take.

“The aim of the IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity campaign theme is to get the world talking about Why equal opportunities aren’t enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.” (InternationalWomensDay.com)

At Clearsense, we’re celebrating women through our Women’s Council and committing to giving back and making a difference—each and every day.

In a typically male-dominated IT industry, the Clearsense Women’s Council was formed to support gender equality and empower women to be their best. Its mission is to develop systemic approaches to support and advance the women at Clearsense.

The Clearsense Women’s Council is committed to promoting an inclusive culture where women thrive through volunteerism, “Superwomen” speaker series, mentorships, collaboration across departments, social activities, and educational opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Emily Colson, Director of Customer Success and member of the Clearsense Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, believes in the mission of Clearsense, sharing, “When we celebrate women in tech and in our communities, it paves the way for other underrepresented individuals to rise.” We couldn’t agree more.
