Scott joins Clearsense to drive advanced enterprise architecture on the 1Clearsense™ data management platform
JACKSONVILLE, FL – March 27, 2023 – Clearsense®, a PaaS company that partners with healthcare organizations to increase data value, governance, and transparency, announced the hire of a brand-new Chief Enterprise Architect, Alan Scott.
With over 25 years of experience leading major enterprise architecture and platform integrations in the healthcare sector, Alan has an extensive leadership background in showcasing the value of data through educating organizations and peers on numerous ways to leverage interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, EDI, and NCPDP integrations. In addition, he holds multiple healthcare patents and product certifications for MU-2.
Randy Fusco, Clearsense CTO, expressed his delight at having Alan Scott join the Clearsense team and shared that Alan is a well-respected individual in the field of healthcare and technology. Alan holds a BA in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University, led numerous large enterprise architecture initiatives at HCA for over ten years, and served as chief technologist for healthcare at Red Hat for the past four years. At HCA Healthcare, Alan focused on ensuring the architectures and platforms delivered addressed the challenges of the businesses they served. Whether it was claims processing, real-time notifications to agencies around diseases, ER Trauma platforms, building capabilities to de-identify streaming data, real-time healthcare data warehouse, or real-time enterprise insights into integrated systems the focus was always around innovative ways to have technology assist all aspects of the care continuum.
