The information provided by the assistant is based on information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Unlike a typical FAQ/Chat solution for COVID-19, there is no list of questions for patients to filter through. This tool allows patients to type or speak a question of interest using their own language. By implementing Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities, the tool can continuously understand and guide patients through a conversation, including suggesting additional topics based on the patient’s previous question.
