The Clearsense Marketing Manager is responsible for developing creating and delivering marketing programs to embody the Clearsense brand and support the growth and expansion of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic marketing plan to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Develops and maintains annual marketing budget.
  • Develops and coordinates marketing programs including, but not limited to sales support, public relations, social media, website and corporate sponsorships.
  • Develops plans and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
  • Insure all marketing and promotional materials reflect established brand and messaging.
  • Track and report progress for each marketing program to ensure it meets established objectives.
  • Develop, publish and manage social media and web content including but not limited to articles, white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Provides the sales team with campaign tools and general information to effectively attract and retain target customers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate tradeshows and other events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in advertising, product marketing and project management.
  • 5+ years in writing and editing copy for a variety of mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office products, and Website CMS.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workflows.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Technology a plus.
