The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing new strategic accounts for Clearsense across the country. This position will have a national territory and will partner with companies to develop client-specific strategies and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies nationwide sales opportunities and consultatively sell Clearsense solutions to new clients.
  • Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Develops client-specific strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit, and other financial targets.
  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts to expand client relationships and revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, and extensions.
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies specific to the data platform industry.
  • Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/industry associations and other professional networking organizations.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of strategies and recommends changes and best practices.
  • Produces, analyzes, and communicates sales forecasts and other related reports to key stakeholders.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to new or less-experienced team members as requested.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling Healthcare SaaS Solutions
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated history in exceeding performance goals and quotas
  • Top performer amongst peers
  • A strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts and digital innovation and technology
  • Solid enterprise negotiation and consultative skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous qualification and sales processes

  • Prominent presentation and public speaking skills
