From 2018 – 2023, Jason spearheaded value-based care through medication adherence technologies as CEO of AdhereHealth. The innovative technology company is focused on transforming healthcare by leveraging intelligent data analytics, promoting medication adherence and working with patients to resolve social determinants of health (SDOH).

Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Jason was Chief Strategic Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Inovalon. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Jason built the start-up’s product and technology presence across the healthcare marketplace, identifying strategic partnerships and nurturing critical marketing initiatives through a highly successful multi-billion dollar IPO.

Jason earned his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business. At GWU, he custom-created his curriculum to focus on the emerging healthcare technology industry in the mid-1990’s. Jason additionally received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Radford University.

Jason currently serves on the board of Operation Song, a non-profit dedicated to empowering veterans, active-duty military and members of their family to tell their stories through the process of songwriting.

Kevin Field is a results-driven healthcare information technology executive, consistently driving success in the industry for over 15 years. As President of Clearsense, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Kevin’s leadership has expanded the company’s client base to include world-renowned healthcare organizations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and value. He excels in building and supporting strong teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation in the healthcare technology sector.

Prior to Clearsense, Kevin held executive leadership positions at Epic Systems, a leading healthcare software company. There, he played a pivotal role in overseeing complex enterprise projects, scaling implementation strategies, as well as launching the largely regarded consulting division. His experience includes leading the charge for hospital digitization through the adoption of Meaningful Use, as well as the deployment in Denmark, which at the time was the largest IT project in the country’s history.

Kevin holds a degree in Honors Psychology from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where his research on human consciousness was published and presented at the International Consciousness Convention. He is deeply committed to giving back to his community and actively supports youth mentorship programs.

Stephen Hightower’s career spans over four decades, during which he has been a catalyst for operational enhancement and value creation across Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology Services sectors. His extensive operational background lays the groundwork for achieving operational excellence, allowing organizations to sharpen their strategic focus.

A strategic thinker and an innovator, Stephen holds CISSP and PMP certifications, a testament to his expertise in leveraging agile and lean methodologies to overhaul business processes, IT service delivery, and customer relations. His experience is rich and varied, having driven project management, interim CIO roles, and transformative initiatives within private equity and Fortune 500 landscapes. His efforts have consistently yielded transformative results in consumer products, professional services, e-commerce, healthcare, and energy conservation.

Stephen’s robust background includes roles in several Fortune 500 companies and a tech startup, before embarking on his tenure at Lockheed Martin, where he ascended to CIO for their Global Training and Logistics division. Post-2012, his consulting work has been instrumental for venture-backed and private equity-owned firms, holding interim C-level positions in companies such as AdhereHealth, YETI Coolers and CollaborateMD, among others.

An alumnus of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Stephen is not only an executive but an author, distilling his project management acumen into the book “Your Roadmap to Project Management Results using Five Simple Checklists”, a guide rooted in his profound experience and commitment to standard work practices.

Kreg A. Hall, is a delivery focused, serial entrepreneur who brings 30 years of technology, strategy, and leadership experience in technology with the past 15 years focused on healthcare. He is a strategist, with a proven track record of architecting, developing, and delivering high quality products and solutions to enable insight into and analysis of healthcare’s business challenges.

Kreg currently serves as Chief Data Officer of Clearsense, a Platform as a Service (PaaS) company that partners with healthcare organizations to increase data value, governance, and transparency. Prior to Clearsense acquiring Executive Data Solutions (XDS) in early 2023, Kreg founded and ran the company for over a decade focused on building a technology backend and solutions that provide data insight and analysis into the most complex payer and provider business challenges within the clinical, operational, financial, and research areas.

Prior to founding XDS, Kreg was Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Information Technology at Augeo Affinity Marketing. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Kreg rearchitected the product and technology services across the loyalty marketing marketplace, identifying strategic partnerships and leading acquisition initiatives resulting in significant year over year revenue growth. Kreg earned his degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Kreg currently provides pro-bono technology and strategy services to a non-profit focused on providing digitized, free access to technology to our underprivileged children.

Matt Henderson is an experienced General Counsel serving high-growth information technology companies, providing business-focused, practical legal counsel in areas of complex subject matter. Matt has substantial experience drafting and negotiating software licenses and SaaS, PaaS, professional services, and other IT-related contracts; assisting startup and high-growth companies in expansion through capital raise and venture debt; advising boards and management in corporate governance matters; and providing counsel on open source software, generative artificial intelligence, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA), data rights, data privacy, information security, intellectual property, and other general legal matters.

Prior to joining Clearsense, Matt served as Associate General Counsel at Availity, a health care clearinghouse enabling exchange of data between health care payers and health care providers. Matt formerly was in private practice, where his practice focused on review, revision, and negotiation of large electronic health record and other health IT-related contracts.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, and worked as a civil engineer before returning to school and obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama in 2001. Following law school, Matt clerked for the Honorable Ira DeMent in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Matt maintains his certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Rick Shepardson is a passionate healthcare technology innovator with 20 years of experience in leadership, analysis and strategy, business development, partnerships, and product. He is a futurist who believes in fostering accountable care and creating incentive alignment to build mutually beneficial relationships that drive successful collaboration and meaningful outcomes.

Rick currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Clearsense.

Prior to joining Clearsense, Rick led Nordic Consulting Group’s revenue cycle and value-based care optimization practices. At Nordic, Rick sold and successfully delivered multiple strategic consulting engagements that delivered quantifiable business value to customers growing service line revenue by over 500% over 5 years.

Prior to joining Nordic, Rick served in diverse roles in healthcare technology including clinical and revenue cycle consulting engagements, product management at multiple startups in the United States and Paraguay, and project management at Epic System.

Rick earned his is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation from the University of Wisconsin, Madison while he applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools to consulting engagements. Rick holds dual-bachelors in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
