POSITION SUMMARY

The  Project Manager position plays a critical role in supporting Clearsense clients,  by establishing the project plan and approach in addition to monitoring and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals and client expectations. Responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Clearsense Platform and supporting applications by being actively involved in the day to day activities as needed, facilitating communication and awareness, planning and overseeing the delivery from the point of inception.

ACCOUNTABILITY OVERVIEW

Responsible for providing day-to-day project leadership of cross-functional project teams with specific focus on facilitating daily scrum sessions; removing team obstacles, managing project scope, communicating project progress and status to all stakeholders; ensuring work plan execution and updates, escalating issues, and preparation of change requests; identifying and managing of project risks.

 

DAILY TASKS

  • Lead project role with responsibility for overall project from point of inception to delivery, with focus on establishing collaborative relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Develops and directs technical and non-technical project teams through all phases and activities of the project life-cycle process.
  • Manages and works with team in the analysis, development, and delivery of engagement material and results.
  • Plans, develops and maintains engagement, project and program plans, and works on multi-disciplinary teams.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP certification preferred

 

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

  • 3 + years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience preferably involving Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) within a health plan, provider, integrated delivery network, and/or hospital
  • Experience with healthcare information systems, data sets, integration, and analytics preferred
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is preferred

Product Owner

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Owner is a key member of the team responsible for streamlining execution of product and client delivery initiatives by defining effective user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders through delivery. The Product Owner is the main point of contact, facilitating decision-making on deliverables with other key Product team members to be developed or delivered, and responsible for effectively gathering input from and managing expectations of all primary stakeholders throughout the delivery process. By developing strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders, the Product Owner ensures timely and effective delivery of product to market as well as defect resolution.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY OVERVIEW

Responsible for working collaboratively with Client Delivery and Product Leadership to create the prioritized requirements backlog; collaborates with the Project Manager in creating work plans and necessary support of project initiatives; works collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Specialist to create Test/Use Cases; actively manages the product/project backlog, quickly answering questions when they arise; and works with team to validate work results.

Product Delivery Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Clearsense is building an end-to-end data platform for healthcare companies based in the fastest growing markets around the world. Our Product Delivery team works directly with our customers to help solve their biggest challenges. As a Product Delivery Engineer (PDE), you’ll help solve these challenges by building applications and configurations using the core platform and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering to write platform configuration code for new features
  • Lead the development, execution and review of manual and automated test scripts
  • Develop tools that provide customers with unprecedented transparency into their operations
  • Build customer specific applications to streamline data integration

Healthcare Data Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

The Healthcare Data Engineer will support the design and development of HL7 interfaces, ETL processes, and Visualizations of various clinical and non-clinical databases in the Clearsense Date Ecosystem.  They must also demonstrate advanced analytical skills, technical and business knowledge and have a strong understanding of how to leverage existing tools and methods to solve problems.

 

The Healthcare Data engineer will work closely Product Delivery Engineers by providing data mapping and wrangling expertise and Data Scientists by helping to determine and provide data sets needed for analysis. They often wrestle with problems associated with database integration and messy, unstructured data sets. Their ultimate aim is to provide clean, usable data to whomever may require it.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data
  • Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production
  • Employ a variety of languages and tools (e.g. scripting languages) to marry systems together
  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
  • Define and Develop Clearsense Data Governance Policies
  • Aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insight
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business-users
  • Performs detailed analysis of Customer data sources

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years within the Healthcare technology implementation, integration and/or technical support domain
  • This position requires knowledge and experience with healthcare data exchange platforms and data aggregation tools and healthcare interoperability and messaging standards, including but not limited to HL7 2.x, HL7 3.x, HL7 FHIR, IHE integration profiles
  • Understanding of general medical terminology and healthcare clinical code sets such as LOINC, CPT, ICD, RxNorm, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY

Clearsense is currently looking for an outstanding Senior Sales Engineer with a track record of success to lead our sales team. The Senior Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support to our prospective customers throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for actively talking, meeting and visiting prospective and current clients about Clearsense’s technology and products. You will also manage the sales process from start to finish insuring a smooth process for the client.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate Clearsense products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows.
  • Ability to understand a customer’s business needs and translate needs into IT specific requirements.
  • Applies knowledge of the customer’s functions and processes to develop business case and business requirement documents. Assesses the benefits of recommended solutions.
  • Leads and communicates across third parties, technical, and business product managers on solution design.
