Senior Software Engineer

Clearsense is building an end-to-end data platform for healthcare companies based in the fastest growing markets around the world. Our Product Development team works directly with our customers to help solve their biggest challenges. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help solve these challenges by building applications and configurations using the core platform and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

·       Develop high-quality software design and architecture

·       Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

·       Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

·       Perform validation and verification testing

Requirements

Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The  Project Manager position plays a critical role in supporting Clearsense clients,  by establishing the project plan and approach in addition to monitoring and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals and client expectations. Responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Clearsense Platform and supporting applications by being actively involved in the day to day activities as needed, facilitating communication and awareness, planning and overseeing the delivery from the point of inception.

ACCOUNTABILITY OVERVIEW

Responsible for providing day-to-day project leadership of cross-functional project teams with specific focus on facilitating daily scrum sessions; removing team obstacles, managing project scope, communicating project progress and status to all stakeholders; ensuring work plan execution and updates, escalating issues, and preparation of change requests; identifying and managing of project risks.

 

DAILY TASKS

  • Lead project role with responsibility for overall project from point of inception to delivery, with focus on establishing collaborative relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Develops and directs technical and non-technical project teams through all phases and activities of the project life-cycle process.
  • Manages and works with team in the analysis, development, and delivery of engagement material and results.
  • Plans, develops and maintains engagement, project and program plans, and works on multi-disciplinary teams.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

  • 3 + years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience preferably involving Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) within a health plan, provider, integrated delivery network, and/or hospital
  • Experience with healthcare information systems, data sets, integration, and analytics preferred
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is preferred

Data Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

The Data Engineer will support the design and development of HL7 interfaces, ETL processes, and Visualizations of various databases in the Clearsense Date Ecosystem.  They must also demonstrate advanced analytical skills, technical and business knowledge and have a strong understanding of how to leverage existing tools and methods to solve problems.

 

The Data Engineer will work closely with Software Engineers by providing data mapping and wrangling expertise by helping to determine and provide data sets needed for analysis. They often wrestle with problems associated with database integration and messy, unstructured data sets. Their ultimate aim is to provide clean, usable data to whoever may require it.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data
  • Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining, and production
  • Employ a variety of languages and tools (e.g. scripting languages) to marry systems together
  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
  • Define and Develop Clearsense Data Governance Policies
  • Aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insight
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business-users
  • Performs detailed analysis of Customer data sources
  • Write complex SQL queries across multiple data sources

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years within the Healthcare technology implementation, integration and/or technical support domain
  • This position requires knowledge and experience with healthcare data exchange platforms and data aggregation tools and healthcare interoperability and messaging standards, including but not limited to HL7 2.x, HL7 3.x, HL7 FHIR, IHE integration profiles
  • Understanding of general medical terminology and healthcare clinical code sets such as LOINC, CPT, ICD, RxNorm, etc.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in Healthcare data, HL7 scripting and two or more programming languages, Healthcare operations, process improvement, and application of technology to improve patient outcomes.
  • Highly skilled and proficient knowledge of and experience with build tools of the electronic medical record, and other clinical systems.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving Healthcare environment
  • Result focused, ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
